The name you enter on your funding application must match the name on your bank account. This is because we are unable to pay funds into a bank account that does not match the name on your application.
If you are successful in your application, you will be asked for banking details. For more information on what will be asked for at that stage, please read our page on Banking Details.
We understand some applicants may have a different chosen name from that which appears on their bank account. We are looking into how we can update our funding system to include an option for a chosen name and will update this Funding Guidance when these changes have been made.
