Due to these funding decisions being announced later than originally planned, there is limited time to refine and finalise contracts with all funded organisations. Therefore, the only information applicants will be asked to provide at the initial stage of contracting is the signed funding agreement, and a form to confirm they are meeting the Scottish Government Fair Work Criteria (this has been sought from all MYF organisations already).
Following this, we will require organisations to submit:

A revised annual programme plan, reflecting the programme of work that can be delivered with the revised Year 1 award amount. This will ask organisations to consider how their planned work maintains the commitments and plans to meet our criteria that they described in the application to the Multi-Year Fund. A template for this will be issued to successful organisations by end-March 2025.

A revised cashflow/budget for Year 1, reflecting the award level. A financial template for this will be issued to successful organisations by end-March 2025.
The deadline for submitting these two documents will be towards the middle of May 2025.
