We appreciate that the final budget settlements successful MYF organisations received has, in most cases, differed from what was originally requested, and we accept that many organisations will need to revisit their plans accordingly.
All organisations will be required to supply an updated Year 1 programme plan and a revised financial proforma. We will issue a template for the programme plans for organisations to complete and return, and we will also provide a blank financial proforma (similar to the one supplied during the application stage) for completion. These materials will be issued in mid-March, and organisations will have until mid-May to complete and return these.
To support organisations during this period of planning resubmission, we have also structured the fund payments so that the first MYF payments will be made in April, following return of the MYF contract and ahead of the revised plan submission. This means that for Year 1, we don’t require your plans ahead of the first payment.
