The Multi-Year Funding Programme is a process which is unavoidably competitive. At Stage 2 it is focused on the assessment of a business plan, which is something that we expect all organisations operating on this scale to be working with regardless of any application to Creative Scotland – and experience has shown that small organisations are very good at this.
Our responsibility is to ensure value for money by establishing a fair, transparent and consistent process, within which we recognise that organisations work on different scales and deliver different outcomes.
