Stage 1 allowed applicants to outline their commitments; Stage 2 requires them to evidence how and why they will deliver against these commitments. The Assessment Teams for Stage 2 will have full access to all Stage 1 information supplied when they undertake the Stage 2 assessments with all applications being judged based on what has been submitted at Stage 2.
